Below we have drafted a simple ‘how to’ guide on how to submit a complaint:
Login or Register on our website by accessing the following link:
If you already have an account with us here at Sterling De Vere, then you must login with your email address and password in the space provided in the below form.
However, if you are new to Sterling De Vere then fill up your details required in the form below. After you have filled up your details, click on the 'Register' button.
Click on the 'Contact Us' tab
After clicking on the 'Contact Us' tab, you'll be directed to the below page:
Please select 'Complaints' and click on the button where you will need to input the relevant details relating to your complaint.
Now you will need to fill up the Complaints Form and then click on the 'Send Complaint' button.
Please note: You will need to put your Room Reference Number on the above form. This can be found on your completion receipt.
Once you have submitted your complaint, this will be registered with our customer service team who will endeavour to revert back within a 24 hour time period.
