In some cases, you may not be able to move into your room on the day your contract is due to start.
Not to worry! As long as payment is made to cover your first months rent, agency fee & deposit, we will begin your tenancy and the room will be all yours!
However, we do suggest you to inform us via email at the earliest of opportunities if for any given reason you cannot move in on your initial expected date.
